Welcome to imgus! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the imgus mobile application and related services ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Section 01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using imgus, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Section 02Description of Service
imgus is an AI-powered photo generation application that allows users to:
- Upload images for AI processing and transformation
- Generate new images using text prompts and AI models
- Apply creative filters and styles to photos
- Save and manage generated images in a personal gallery
The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
Section 03User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Section 04Content Ownership & License
Your content
You retain ownership of all images and content you upload or create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant imgus a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Generated content
Images generated through the Service using your prompts and inputs are owned by you, subject to any applicable third-party rights and these Terms.
Our content
The imgus app, including its design, features, AI models, and branding, is owned by imgus and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
Section 05Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Harass, defame, or threaten others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Section 06In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Available subscriptions
imgus offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- Weekly Subscription — $4.99 per week (7 days). Unlock full AI features weekly.
- Yearly Subscription — $44.99 per year (12 months). Unlock full AI photo generation features yearly.
Subscription terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

imgus also offers one-time coin purchases:
- 50 Coins — $4.99
- 110 Coins — $9.99
- 240 Coins — $19.99
- 550 Coins — $49.99
- 1250 Coins — $99.99
General purchase terms
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on local currency conversion. Coins or credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies. The company reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Section 07AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated images may sometimes produce unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect results. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are algorithmically generated and may not always meet your expectations
- The company does not guarantee specific results or quality levels
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or using it
- AI models may have inherent biases or limitations
Section 08Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- The company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- The company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
Section 09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless imgus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or generate through the Service
Section 10Termination
The company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- The company may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Section 11Changes to Terms
The company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms in the app or on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where imgus operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
